Third Case :

This patient like to change the shape of all his teeth and replace all missing teeth which are: |

|
Seven implants were placed to replace missing teeth, sinus bone augmentation for right and left maxillary sinuses, bone graft to replace resorbed bone after extraction in all upper teeth |

This patient have lost many of her upper and lower teeth, all upper teeth are hoopless due to severe mobility and are indicated for extraction |

All remaining upper teeth were extracted, bone graft were placed to replace resorbed bone, sinus bone graft were done for right and left maxillary sinuses, and seven implants were placed. All in one surgery |

After final restoration for the upper arch (Second step is implants in lower arch, patient like to finish the upper then do the lower) |
Third Case:

This patient has severe periodontitis with abscess around many teeth, and poorly designed prosthesis |

The plan was extraction of all teeth and placement of full mouth implants with fixed restoration |

All teeth were extracted, sinus bone graft were performed for both right and left maxillary sinuses, bone graft was done to replace resorbed bone and 14 implants were placed, all in one surgery under general anesthesia |
